Our First Harvest Celebration: Maple Trees – March 30 (with Wild Earth!)

March 14, 2013

Join Brook Farm Project and Wild Earth on Saturday, March 30th as we celebrate the first harvest of the year and the incredible gift of maple trees.

What an incredible gift the maple trees give us each year – delicious, sweet maple tree water. Add some heat, and we can make our own sweet maple syrup, sugar and snacks!

Join us in celebrating as we collect and boil maple sap into syrup, sugar and snacks, practice primitive skills and crafts, and warm ourselves by the fire as we sing, dance and tell stories.
